FRP Ultra Resin Remover is an environmentally safe organic multi-purpose cleaner that is a non-HAPs, non-hazardous, non-flammable, non-caustic, recyclable, resin remover designed to effectively remove all types adhesives, coatings (solvent, UV and water-based) and inks from production parts such as rollers, brushes, mixing equipment injection molds, roofing spray equipment, and spray guns. It is also suitable for use in immersion, spray under immersion, ultrasonic and cabinet washers. FRP Ultra can also be used as a spot cleaner.

FRP ULTRA Resin Remover replaces hazardous solvents such as Acetone, MEK, PM Acetate, Methylene Chloride, NMP and Caustic Cleaners. Due to its low vapor pressure and high boiling point it evaporates 237 times slower than Acetone and MEK; 600 times slower than Methylene Chloride. This means, whatever quantity you purchase, you will use. It is recyclable via vacuum distillation, reducing waste and saving you money on the job.

Effectively Removes:

Industrial Resins and Gelcoats like Polyester, Vinylester, Epoxy, Polyamide and Polyurethane.
Solvent and water-based Inks, Nitrocellulose Inks; Vinyl Inks, Polymeric Inks, some UV-Curable Inks, Soy-based and other printing inks including Varnishes and Colors.
Laminating adhesives (Polyurethane Pre-polymer & co-polymer), Sealant, Bisphenol A based Epoxy, Reactive Hot Melt Adhesive (Polyurethane or Acrylic), High Performance Adhesives, Composite Bonding, Glass Glue Adhesives, Cyanoacrylate Adhesives, Epoxy and Vinyl Ester Adhesives, Pigmented Gel Coats, High & Low Solid Aliphatic, Waterborne Epoxy Primers.
Ideal for cleaning equipment such as rollers, scissors and tools; – purging chopper and wet out guns; – flushing putty machines.

FRP – Ultra™ Resin Remover is a low emission, organic multi-purpose cleaner that is a non-HAPs, non-hazardous, non-flammable, Low VOC, no ODCs, No SARA, Biodegradable, non-corrosive and residue free resin remover designed to effectively remove all types of inks, adhesives and coatings (solvent, UV and water-based) from production parts such as rollers, brushes, mixing equipment injection molds and spray guns. It offers high resin loading and can be used for an extended period of time. It is recyclable via vacuum distillation, resulting in reduced disposal costs.
