SURF X FLUSH 2000 Polyurethane Foam & Resin Remover
SURF X FLUSH 2000™ is highly effective in Flushing and Immersion cleaning of spray equipment, mixing and metering equipment and feed lines, as well as loosening and removing cured urethane foam deposits and build-up from mixing heads, troughs, conveyor parts, side walls, rollers, foam cutting devices and molds. It is also ideal for cleaning overspray polymer, resins and coatings.
SURF X FLUSH 2000™ effectively removes:
- Polyurethane Foam (Reacted Part A & B), Flexible & Rigid Polyurethane Foam, both MDI and TDI esters and ethers, Cured Polyurethane Reactive Hot Melt Urethane Adhesives from roll coating equipment & dispensing equipment, as well as, many other Industrial Adhesives.
- Polyols, crystallized isocyanates, and other urethane intermediates. However, in cleaning of isocyanate sides of equipment (liquid isocyanates), NZD ISO FLUSH™ - Isocyanates Cleaner should be used.
- Industrial Resins such as: Polyester, Vinylester, Epoxy and Pigmented Gel Coats, as well as, Fiberglass and Resin Mixture.
- Coatings such as: High & Low Solid Aliphatic, Water Born Epoxy Primers, Polyurethane, Acrylic, Varnishes and Alkyl Enamel.
SURF X FLUSH 2000 is The Best Polyurethane Foam & Resin Remover for the Spray Foam Industry. It is a mixture of Environmentally Sensible organic solvents, wetting agents and a corrosion inhibitor. A Direct Replacement for Acetone, NMP, MEK, Methylene Chloride, and caustic based cleaners.
SURF X FLUSH 2000 Polyurethane Foam & Resin Remover is Highly effective in flushing and immersion cleaning of spray equipment, mixing and metering equipment and feed lines, as well as loosening, and removing cured urethane foam deposits and build-up from mixing heads, troughs, conveyor parts, side walls, rollers, foam cutting devices and molds. Due to its low vapor pressure and high boiling point it evaporates 237 times slower than Acetone and MEK; 600 times slower than Methylene Chloride. This means, whatever quantity you purchase, you will use.

SURF X FLUSH 2000 offers extended bath life (tolerate high resin loadings), It will reduce disposal costs (recyclable via vacuum distillation. It is effective for flushing, mixing and metering equipment and feed lines, as it quickly and completely cleans polyols, crystallized isocyanates and other urethane intermediates. However, in cleaning of isocyanate (part A) of equipment, NZD ISO FLUSH™ ISOCYANATE CLEANER should be used first where excessive amounts of liquid Diisocyanatos are present. 1.
