SURF A LUBE Storage Fluid
Surf A Lube from GSP is used in urethane dispensing equipment which is stored for an extended period. Once the hoses and polyurethane spray equipment is thoroughly flushed, SURF A LUBE ™ is introduced to the equipment through spray lines for up to 24 months. This helps eliminate formation of polyureas and crystallized isocyanates that may form when any remaining residue reacts with moisture in the air.

SURF A LUBE is a a companion product to Global Specialty Product Resin and Urethane Foam Removers; NZD ISO FLUSH ISOCYANATE CLEANER flushing & immersion cleaning of Isocyanate (part A) and SURF X FLUSH 2000 (flushing & immersion cleaning of Polyurethane Foam). It is used in urethane dispensing equipment which is stored for up to 12 months.
SURF A LUBE ™ is stable under normal storage conditions. Eliminate disposal costs by recycling the spent SURF A LUBE ™ via vacuum distillation @760 mm Hg and (195-253)°C temperature. SURF A LUBE™ is compatible with Machines and Transfer pumps made of Carbon steel or stainless steel and aluminum alloys.
