Suitable to remove all dried Flexible Polyurethane Foams originated from Aromatic Diisocyanates including: • TDI - toluene diisocyanate • MDI - methylenediphenyl diisocyanate; including all three isomers 2,2'-MDI, 2,4'-MDI, and 4,4'-MDI (4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate) Rigid Polyurethane Foam which is a high-performance material for Insulating Panels and Construction Cross-Linked (Cellular, Closed-Cell, and Thermoset Plastic of Low Density) originated from: • Polyisocyanurate (Polyiso) • Extruded Polystyrene (XPS) • Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) (Between 77 and 150 °F) is capable of removing dried polyurethane foam from the mix head, mixing & dispensing equipment, feedlines, tanks, tolling, Rollers, spray guns, molds, floors and underneath the ISO pumps along with some vertical metal surfaces etc. Is more effective than Methylene Chloride, NMP, BLO, MEK and other flammable and hazardous chemicals. It offers extended bath life (tolerates high resin loading) and reduced waste and disposal costs (recyclable via vacuum distillation).
