WeatherBond HydroBond™ PVC Water-Based Adhesive
Water-Based Adhesive HydroBond is a water-based, wet lay-in, one-sided dispersion adhesive used with smooth-backed PVC and fl eece-backed PVC, KEE HP and TPO membranes. This long-lasting, high-strength adhesive can be quickly and easily applied with a medium nap roller. HydroBond can not be used with bare-backed KEE or KEE HP membranes.
WeatherBond Roofing Systems PVC HydroBond™ Water-Based Adhesive
A water-based, wet lay-in, one-sided dispersion adhesive that is used to secure PVC membranes to a variety of substrates. Complies with the California Clean Air Act of 1988 (updated in 1997) and California Air Quality Control District’s listing of VOC limitations. Meets the requirements of the OTC Model Rule for Single-Ply Roofing Adhesives. Cannot be used with KEE HP smooth-backed membrane.
Coverage Rate:
Smooth-backed membrane • Roller application - 100 square feet per gallon of finished surface. Spray application: 133 square feet per gallon of finished surface.
Fleece membrane: Roller application – 100 square feet per gallon over polyiso, DensDeck®, DensDeck Prime, SECUROCK®, and plywood. Spray application – 100 square feet per gallon over DensDeck and 133 square feet per gallon over polyiso, DensDeck Prime/ SECUROCK, and plywood.
