FOR SPATTER APPLICATION:

Open air ball valve to purge grease, then shut off.

Attach mixing tip.

Turn on air.

Use yoke to turn on material and apply spatter.
FOR BEAD APPLICATION:

IMPORTANT: Fill air channel with grease before applying beads

SETUP V-ULTIMATE:

Connect hoses and fittings to V-Manifold

For Spatter application attach air hose to quick connect
FOR SPATTER/SPLATTER APPLICATION:

Open air ball valve to purge grease, then shut off.
-
Attach mixing tip.
-
Turn on air.
-
Use yoke to turn on material and apply spatter.
TEMPORARY SHUTDOWN

Use yoke to turn off material.

Let air run to purge mixing tip of material

Turn off air
FOR BEAD APPLICATION

IMPORTANT: Fill air channel with grease before applying beads

Attach mixing tip

Use yoke to turn on material and dispense beads
TEMPORARY SHUTDOWN
1. Use yoke to turn off material.
2. Twist left side of split yoke to open just the polyol side and purge the mixing tip (2sec)
3. Close polyol and twist split yoke back together
RESUME
SHUTDOWN:

Close and lock yoke, then turn off air.

Leave mixing tip on
