The Graco-PJR Independent Plug-In Heated Hose and Temperature Control Module Kits are designed for spraying or dispensing polyurea coatings and polyurethane spray foam and insulation adhesives with full temperature customization and thermal control options. Designed for use with Graco OEM custom Reactors on Patriot Junior 'PJR' and P55 roof sprayer carts from Amped Equipment.

Hose heat is no longer dependent on your Reactor or any other spray equipment! Eliminating recirculation, the PJR-Graco Heated Hose + Temperature Control Module save you time and money on the job by providing consistent heat all the way to the tip of your spray-gun applicator, and giving you better material yield while extending your spray season.

The heated hose control provides easy control and operation of the heated hoses. The hose control kits included machine install hardware, fluid temperatire sensor, and whip hose. Be sure to match the controller voltage to the hose voltage.

An ideal heated hose solution for use with Graco Reactor® E-10, and E-10hp models.

Be more productive by getting up and running quicker without having to recirculate your hose material to get up to temperature.
Heated hoses maintain chemical temperatures even when you are not spraying, so no need to put the machine in "recirc-mode" every time you set the gun down.
Improved material yield. Uses a Fluid Temperature Sensor (FTS) to accurately monitor and maintain desired temperature.
Adjustable temperature control allows you to select the desired temperature up to 160°F.
20 degree delta-T for every 50 feet.* Depending on the hose length and voltage, you can get between 20-60°F delta-T while spraying.
Extend your spray season. Heated hoses allow you to spray into the colder months without worrying about alternative ways of keep the chemical warm.
