Chem Link Pro Pack is a two-component, RTV, urethane pourable sealant. It is designed for use to fill warranted ChemCurb penetration seals & pitch pans on low-slope roofing systems. It can also be used in horizontal self-leveling, sealing and waterproofing applications. When properly mixed, Pro Pack cures to a tough rubber mass with excellent low temperature elasticity and adhesion.

  • Pro Pack resists deterioration caused by weather, water and ice. It is also resistant to oils, fuels, and many chemicals.
  • Pro Pack is 100% solid rubber.
  • Pro Pack has no solvents, very low volatile organic content (V.O.C) and will not shrink after application.
  • Pro Pack has excellent adhesion to most construction materials.

INSTALLATION:

  1. Bonding surfaces should be clean, dry and free from all contamination that may inhibit the sealant’s performance.

  2. Remove all previously applied caulk, mastic, cement, asphalt, and other contaminants from penetrations with a wire brush.

  3. Brush away all gravel or loose granules. Isopropyl alcohol is an effective cleaner for surface preparation.

  4. Please contact customer service for application guidelines with temperatures below 32°F (0°C).

  5. Do not use on TPO without the use of TPO primer.

  6. Do not use on Hypalon.

  7. Smooth APP membranes require a granulated target.

  8. Material shall be kept at room temperature for 24 hours before mixing.

  9. Mix Part A and Part B (7 : 1 by volume) for a minimum of 5 minutes, making sure the pourable sealer is a uniform black color.
