This corrugated plastic sheeting is widely used in the building and construction industry as a lightweight alternative to masonite for floor and wall covering protection, countertop protection, glass protection, temporary window and door replacement, and temporary clean room applications. Corrugated Plasti-Shield sheets are easy to cut with a utility knife. Plasti-Shield can also be used as a waterproofing membrane, for filling construction expansion joints, as concrete form-work, low level thermal insulation and as a packing medium. It is 100% recyclable, reusable, non-toxic and resistant to chemicals.

Plasti Shield is perfect for floor and wall covering protection, counter-top protection, temporary window or door replacement, and temporary clean room applications. Plasti Shield is extremely durable and can be precision cut with a standard utility knife and is also available in a fire resistant version. Available in standard and fire resistant plastic corrugated sheets.

  • How do you install Plasti Shield?
    Place sheet on desired surface. Cut to length with utility knife. Seam multiple pieces together with Blue Tape or similar masking tape for larger areas. Do not adhere tape directly to floors.

    What kind of tape should be used with window and wall protection plasti-shield sheets?
    Blue tape is primarily the best option to secure Plasti Shield against walls and windows. Must use a clean release tape to ensure residue isn’t left behind and paint removal doesn’t occur.

    Is Plasti-Shield corrugated board sheet Recyclable?
    Corrugated FR PP sheet polypropylene copolymer or homopolymer makes for easier recycling at the end of their useful life. Contact your local plastics recycling center for local information on polypropylene recycling.

INSTRUCTIONS: Place sheet on desired surface. Cut to length with utility knife. Seam multiple pieces together with ARMBAR™ tape or similar PE tape for larger areas. Do not adhere tape directly to floors. Anchor to floors or surfaces with Blue Tape or any tape recommended by the flooring or surface manufacturer.

HANDLING AND STORAGE: No special handling requirements. Product will not release hazardous chemicals under normal conditions of use.
