Is highly effective in flushing and immersion cleaning of excess liquid isocyanate from spray foam and processing equipment. It is designed to flush isocyanate feed tanks or equipment that contains liquid or some hardened isocyanate residues. In addition, it cleans hoses, feed lines, feed tanks, mixing and metering equipment, etc. It offers extended bath life (tolerates high resin loading) and reduced waste and disposal costs (recyclable via vacuum distillation). Effectively Removes: • Isocyanate (Part A) liquid (as well as some hardened material) • Polyol (Part B) • TDI and MDI Esters and Ethers • Urethane Intermediates (Polyether and Polyester Polyols) • Cured Reactive Hot Melt Polyurethane Adhesives from roll coating equipment & dispensing equipment, as well as many other industrial adhesives • Industrial Resins and Fiberglass Mixtures, such as Polyester, Vinylester, Epoxy, and Pigmented Gel Coats
