The 110050174 heat element lasts up to 3x longer than a Leister, BAK, SIEVERT and other brands of hot-air heating elements. Capable of maintaining temperatures of 1100°F and higher for extended periods of time, this STEINEL heater element is made for frequent use, and is guaranteed to have a longer working life than any other comparable heating element in existence. The HG 5000 E Handheld Heat Welding Hot-Air Gun heater element is made with SmartChip™ Technology that allows the heat gun to automatically recalibrate to the new heating element.
