AVM Barrier Co-Spray Assist Package

The Hennes-Johnson AVM Barrier Co-Spray Assist package is designed to support the spray

application of elastomeric asphalt emulsion Air, Vapor, and Moisture resistive barriers which are

formulated to be dispensed in unison with a quick set agent such as Calcium Nitrate, Calcium

Chloride, or other quick set agents. A high pressure spray pump meeting the requirements of the

emulsion manufacturer must be used in conjunction with the Hennes-Johnson AVM Barrier Co-Spray

Assist system to complete the total spray package. Typical emulsion pump requirements are a

The Co-Spray airless spray gun features adjustable angle spray nozzles which gives the applicator the ability to fine tune the spray fan both in contact distance of the setting agent to the emulsion stream and in the centering of the fan to insure that no setting agent alone is sprayed onto the foundation surface prior to the emulsion. The reversing clean-out style tips are designed for ease of operator use and in certain cases when a slower setting time is desired, one or both tips may be turned off while not disrupting the emulsion stream.
