The 6' Pit Rail from Safety Rail Company is the perfect solution for providing fall protection around pits or holes where mounting to the floor is not an option, while maintaining the versatility to remove the railing when you don't need it. The Removable Pit Safety Rail is to be used in conjunction with the Flush Mount and Face Mount brackets (see links below).  The Pit Safety Rail is taller than that used for the Mobile Safety Rail and the Floor Mounted Permanent Safety Rail systems.  This is to maintain a minimum rail height of 42" above the floor level.
