FlashCo Pre-Fabricated 4-inch PVC Split Square Flashing Pipe/Penetration Seals for single ply roofing applications. Standard Sizes are 2” x 2”, 3” x 3”, 4” x 4”, 5” x 5”, and 6” x 6” Flash Wrap Split Square Pipe Penetration Flashing Seal accessories for single ply TPO and PVC roofing applications. FlashCo designed square and rectangular splits to fit continuous penetrations and are split so you can wrap the boot around the penetration. Prefabricated splits save significant time eliminating field fabrication. Sizes fit standard square tubing sizes that have an outside diameter equal to the standard size, meaning a 4” x 4” square tubing has an actual outer diameter of 4” x 4” and the FlashCo Square Flashing for that tubing is 4” x 4”. There is no fitting ranges for square or rectangular tubing and boots are made to fit.

Hose clamps are not recommended for counter flashing square or rectangular splits. FlashCo products are made using standard riser heights, base sizes and flanges.

FlashCo’s design provides a fast, simple solution to waterproofing posts, columns, and other square penetrations found on membrane roofs and decks. FlashCo offers a wide range of standard sizes from 2” x 2” square up to 6” x 6” square. The standard riser height is 8”.

INSTALLATION:

FlashWraps should be installed in accordance with the recommendations and specifications of the roofing material manufacturer.

1. Prepare all welding surfaces by cleaning with PVC membrane cleaner.

2. Heat weld vertical overlap using the penetration as backing.

3. Heat weld base flange to deck membrane.

4. After the flashing has cooled, probe welds to verify a secure bond.
