Molded TPO T-Joint Covers are used to cover and seal the intersections of three or more layers of membrane, also known as “step-off ’s.” FlashCo’s T-Joint Covers are 60 mil non-reinforced TPO and measure 4.5” in diameter. Markings at four points on the T-joints make centering over step offs, easy and accurate. Standard packaging is 100 T-Joint Covers bagged and boxed.

INSTALLATION:
Installation shall be installed in accordance with the recommendations and specifications of the roofing material manufacturer. Keep T-Joints in plastic bag in until installation to avoid any oxidation.
- Prepare all welding surfaces by cleaning with TPO membrane cleaner.
- Center T-Joint Cover over the intersection in the membrane field with the 4 directional indicators facing up as reference.
- Begin heat welding at center point, progressing outwards as you weld.
- Completely weld the cover, using the edge of the roller to press the T-Joint Cover into step-offs.
